Wisconsin GOP Defeats Public Unions
March 9, 2011
Breaking news from Wisconsin. It appears that
Republicans have outsmarted the Democrats in the WI State Senate.
Maybe the fourteen refugees in IL will return home now.
MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Republicans in the Wisconsin Senate voted Wednesday night to strip nearly all collective bargaining rights from public workers after discovering a way to bypass the chamber's missing Democrats.
The interesting part of this will be the fall
out down the road. With Walker having scored a victory, what will
now happen in Ohio, NJ and other states where the public unions are
running the state finances into the ground.
