Pursuant to Article IV, Section A.2., of the Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Loudoun County, Virginia, as amended, I, Michael Haynes, Chairman, do hereby issue this Call for a meeting of the Loudoun County Republican Committee to convene on Monday, August 25th, 2014, at 7:30 p.m. at Harper Park Middle School, 701 Potomac Station Dr., Leesburg, VA 20176.

7:00 - 7:30 p.m. Fellowship and Check-in at Attendance Table in Foyer

The Order of Business for this meeting shall be as follows:

3. Appointment of a Proxy Committee
4. Chairman's Report
5. Report of the Proxy Committee
6. Determination of a Quorum
7. Approval of the Order of Business
8. Approval of July 28th , 2014 Minutes
9. Treasurer's Report

11. Auxiliary Reports
12. New Business
13. Election of new members nominated at July Meeting
14. Nomination of New Members (Form and Check Required)
15. Announcements (2 minutes each)
16. Adjournment

Please remember: all who wish to make an announcement in the meeting MUST sign up at the beginning of the meeting with Davette Everly. Please keep your remarks to two minutes or less.
