Sign The Petition Against Obamacare

Virginia's Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli, fired the first shot across the bow of Obamacare. He filed a lawsuit. He believes that it is unconstitutional for the federal government to force every American to buy medical insurance.

The liberal attack machine shifted into overdrive against the Virginian. Media around the country portrayed Mr Cuccinelli as blocking Obama's compassionate agenda. The truth is that Virginia is standing up for the rights of all Americans.

If the President can force Americans to purchase a certain product or service, where does the federal power end? After decades of an overreaching federal system, many Americans are tired of the never-ending mandates from Washington. Greater restrictions on our freedom to pursue our happiness in our own way. More and more taxes to support more and more social redistribution. When will it end? How can we claw back our shrinking freedoms?

As General Cuccinelli said 'The United States Government is successful in this court battle, Federalism in America is dead. I could not agree more. This is the largest overreaching power grab in the history of our Republic. It must be stopped.'

Mr Cuccinelli's lawsuit is likely just the first action in a national rejection of Obamacare. We cannot let the liberals continue to destroy our cultural and economic landscape. They need to know that we will stand strong against their attempts to seize total control of our lives. Let's stand behind Attorney General Cucinelli, and let him and the Democrats know that we support his lawsuit to stop Obamacare.
