Leesburg, VA -- The Loudoun County Republican Committee unanimously voted to endorse two candidates at their meeting on Monday, August 13th. Kari Nacy, a Leesburg native, is running for Leesburg Town Council and incumbent Councilman Tom Dunn is running for Leesburg mayor.

Kari Nacy grew up in Leesburg and has deep roots in the community. Her commitment to entrepreneurship, the town of Leesburg, and dedication to her family set her apart from the crowd. She is committed to the core principles of the Republican creed and will emphasize fiscal responsibility, common sense policies, and small government if elected.

Leesburg councilman Tom Dunn has given 19 years of service to not only Leesburg, but also Loudoun County. His depth of local political experience and commitment to representing constituents' needs makes him an excellent candidate for Leesburg mayor.

"We have full confidence in Kari and Tom's ability to represent conservative values and serve Leesburg residents well," LCRC Chairman Jim Bonfils said, "We are proud to endorse highly qualified candidates with strong capabilities."
