2014 Mass Meeting and Reorganization Process

On March 15, the Loudoun County Republican Committee (LCRC) will hold a Mass Meeting at Harper Park Middle School, 701 Potomac Station Drive, Leesburg, for the purposes of electing an LCRC Chairman, members of the LCRC, and delegates to the 10th District and State Conventions.

There are two conventions, one in the 10th District in May and one statewide convention in June. Any registered voter in Loudoun County who meets the requirements for participation set forth in the Plan of Organization of the Republican Party of Virginia may participate in the conventions or Mass Meeting. You may sign up to be a delegate at either convention using the same filing form.

You Must Submit a Filing Form to be a candidate for membership in the LCRC or a delegate to either convention.

Filing Deadline: Sunday, March 2, 5:00 PM

It is not necessary to submit a filing form to participate in the Mass Meeting. However, even if you are currently a member of the LCRC you will need to file the 2014 Filing Form to sign up for the new membership cycle of the committee.

2014 Loudoun County Republican Committee Mass Meeting

Registration from 9:30AM-10:30AM, Mass Meeting begins at 11:00AM

Purpose: Elect Chairman of the Loudoun County Republican Committee, members of the Loudoun County Republican Committee, delegates to the 10th Congressional District Republican Convention, and delegates to the Republican Party of Virginia State Convention.

If the number of candidates who file for all offices to be elected at the Mass Meeting does not exceed the maximum number that can be elected, the mass meeting will be canceled.
